I've updated too but dont have those files you mention in the modules folder (or anywhere). I dont think its patch related, so best to leave them where they are I would advise :)Could be realted to another 3rd party addon maybe?

The update uses RTPatch (third-party patching software) and these were likely created by it. They may be safe to delete but are probably the result of an install that didn't finish completely. Did you get an error message during the update?
