June 3, 201313 yr How often have you installed the NGX before? You're allowed a limited number of activations only; maybe that limit is reached. If that could be the case, I second submitting a support ticket to PMDG: They can reset the activation counter to enable further activations for you: http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx What happened to AVSIM
