Question about FeelThere CRJ performance..anyone??

Featured Replies

Can anyone tell me how well the CRJ performs as far as FPS is concerned?? is it as much of a hog as the PMDG 737 or eaglesoft stuff, or is it reall frame rate friendly...I fly in VC so I am particularly concerned with it

The CRJ has three flight models which helps with the fps. However even in the basic model(which has no VC it is only about a 20% gain in my opinion from PMDG with VC. It is definatly aimed at high end pc's if you want to use VC but so are most of the add ons these days.Just my 2 penny worth. My only other grip is the lack of Sid's/Stars support until navdata decide to take this side of it on board.I would say that the aircraft model is excellent and the flight dynamics are above average.Kind RegardsSmiley

The VC is more of a hog than the PMDG 737 on my sys. That said, the 2D panel and flight dynamics are great, and I like the addon a lot.Dan.

Never flown a fighter in FS, but the CRJ flies like I would expect one to fly, very sensitive to joystick inputs...besides, very unstable in the air, ugly EFIS, only partial FMC...like the 737NG's FDE way more (another level of functionality, of course, more like comparing apples and oranges). My CRJ stays in the hangar now...(Hope is here: FeelThere does a new and better one, hopefully full FMC now).Andreas
