Ocean Glitch?

I'm flying over the Pacific Ocean and I see this, is this a PMDG glitch, or a RW 737 glitch, or normal?

It looks like you have "Show Water in Cyan" selected as part of the EGPWS Cutomer Options.

 

This setting will allow you to choose whether you will see cyan coloured water topography for certain large bodies of water in the EGPWS terrain display.

 

The PMDG-737NGX -Introduction document that came in the download with the product is pretty much essential reading (as are all of the Manuals) if you want to get the most out of the product.

 

See pp 61-62 of this document for the exact info & guidance.

The picture shows magenta not cyan, and the option is turned off in this plane when I went through and did all the options. Also, when the cyan option is turned on the entire display will show it and this is only an odd shaped magenta block. 

 

This is cyan.
