AFCAD problem

Featured Replies

When I add .bgl files to addon scenery folder after downloading from this site or anywhere, the system is not picking it up. I also tried modifying default .bgl airports with afcad 2.21 and the it saves it successfully in addon scenery folder but only loads the default airport. The scenery.cfg file has all the areas set Active=TRUE according to documentation on afcad. What could be wrong?ThanksBobby

Did you add those files to the scenery folder inside the addon scenery folder? If not, then you have the problem as described.Addon Scenery .Scenery <--- Here they should go .TextureJozef http://pluizig.ath.cx/signature.jpg

Yes, they were added to scenery folder under addon scenery folder.

Maybe I'm wrong here but I seem to remember that FILES in the Addon Scenery/Scenery folder will be automatically added to FS9. However, if you place a folder in the Addon Scenery/Scenery folder it still has to added via the FS9 Library add function. That is, FS9 will not automatically recognize sub-folders in the Addon Scenery/Scenery folder.

Hi,From the main FS opening screen choose Settings, and then Scenery Library. Look to see that the Addon Scenery layer has a checkmark next to it. If not, put one there and click OK. Then restart FS and see if your new files are working.Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___
