ENB Configuration file writes when FSX is opened

After removing ENB due to it causing extreme instability - I noticed the configuration file re-wrote itself in the FSX directory when the FSX application is started. Is there anyway to get rid of it and for it to stop doing that? 

 

*Edit* the file name is "enbseries".
