Minor Problem With New MD-80 Panel

Featured Replies

The latest MD-80 panel that came out a couple of weeks ago (the full upgrade from the 2002 version) is giving me a minor problem. Every time I try to load one of my MD's, I get multiple errors that the ILH_TCAS.gau can't be loaded. I have all the gauges for this panel in the panel folder itself. Could this be causing the problem? I've never seen a situation yet where the gauge HAD to be in the main gauge folder. I even downloaded the panel again and coped all the gauges just to make sure. Thanks in advance!Scott

Hi,The ILH_TCAS is the TCAS gauge of Lee Hetherington, and most likely you have to download and install this gauge separately.

Location: Vleuten, The Netherlands, 17.3dme SPL 108.40 | Simulator: FS2024
System: AMD 7800X3D - Gigabyte X670 - RTX 4090 - 64GB DDR5 - 2 x 2TB SSD - 32" 1440p Display - Windows 11 Pro

That gauge IS in there, it just refuses to load. Even after it's been replaced...Scott

Scott,If you are talking about the panel I updated please send me an e-mail describing the problem and error messages. Also, be sure you placed the .dll's and .ini files in the correct folders. Reread the docs to be sure you've done this correctly. Thanks,Leon

Thanks! I caused my own problem here. The last time I did a backup before a re-install, I missed grabbing the two files that go in the root FS9 directory.I've got so many add-ons going in here, I know I missed a few others, and had to re-install some GA planes as well.Kewl, now I can get back to flying my Mad Dogs!!Scott
