I wonder how long it will take to get a box version once whene the download is released?

At least 6 months after release if not more. We don't do the boxed versions until we're reasonably sure the airplane is near-final condition as far as hotfixes and service packs. We don't want people to buy the CD version and immediately have to download a large service pack.

Just buy the download version and burn it to a CD/DVD - they'll be the exact same file eventually anyway.
