July 18, 201312 yr On the 737-700 (Winglet) the white light on the trailing edge of the wing (I can't remember the name) seems to be floating in mid-air. Does anyone know why this is and/or what can be done to fix it? Thanks in advance. Brandon
July 20, 201312 yr Author I tried messing around with it, but wasn't sure exactly what to do with it and didn't want to mess anything up and not be able to fix it.
July 20, 201312 yr First make a backup of the original aircraft.cfg (most easy to copy and paste in the same location. You will then have a file "aircraft.cfg" and another one "copy of aircraft.cfg").Then open the file "aircraft.cfg" with an editor like Wordpad.Find the secion [lights] and within something likelight.2=3, -20.19, -56.46, 3.84, fx_navwhiThe three values-20.19-56.463.84are the coordinates of the light. When you change these values you will see the light change its location. I believe the values are feet.Play around and see what happens.BTW, fx_navwhi stands for Navigation Light White, so the two lineslight.2=3, -20.19, -56.46, 3.84, fx_navwhilight.3=3, -20.19, 56.46, 3.84, fx_navwhiare probably the ones you want to deal with.Try first to change 3.84 to, say, 3.24.Beware: the values given here are examples only. Yours may differ.
