Help starting a engine

according to the sim connect sample to start a engine it is

INPUT_1, "Ctrl+E", EVENT_1

so I have this and everything works except the last entry to start the engine.

Now under lists of lists I have these entrys but no hint on how to use them. Does anyone know?
