Rudder pedals not working in J41

Hi,

I have a problem with the rudder (saitek) pedals not working in the J41. They shake very quickly back and forth when I press them, this is when on the ground from startup. If I load the plane midflight from within a saved flight they work fine. I do not appear to have any duplicated control assignments.
