Fuel transfer between tanks using Doug's fuel-dump gauge

Maybe already a long time known!

Playing around with Doug's fuel-dump gauge i noticed that you can dump any tank.

By using the reciproke numbers you can also fill any tank.

So it becomes clear:

For example filling Left Tip from Center3 you give the command:

-500000 5 - (>L:RATE_TANK_TIP_LEFT,number)

500000 5 + (>L:RATE_TANK_CENTER3,number)

when Tip=full or center3=0 one stops the action with some xml.

Tested and it works (C.G. etc.)
