October 30, 200421 yr I bought the new Skydecks CRJ Panel, and it's quite a nice panel. However, I can't seem to mesh it well with my CRJ's. I tried one of the PAD liveries, but I can't get rid of big white blocks in the Virtual panel. I read the instructs, and I can't seem to get everything right. What are some of you doing? And exactly which CRJ Model seems to work flawlessly with the new Skydecks panel?
October 30, 200421 yr Hey Stan...Thanks for your inquiry. If you look in the "SkyDecks CRJ Users Guide", you'll notice that you can transfer the Virtual Cockpit entries from your previous panel.cfg to ours. Just replace over the POSKY VC entries that are there now. And also, due to the fact that there are several different CRJ models available for us to use in Flight Simulator, we will be providing different panel.cfg's to use with them if you want to mesh our gauges with the model's Virtual Cockpit. We will be taking this on in a case-by case basis... once we've done the one, then it will be available to all. Stay tuned to our website and also to the official SkyDecks forum over at SimForums, a service of Flight1.com, for further information. As they become available, we will be posting them for all to use.For the time being, you may wish to download and install the POSKY livery pack available here in the AVSIM library as file name, "OSDcrj9.zip". This aircraft is already setup to use the SkyDecks CRJ panel and takes advantage of its Virtual Cockpit as well.We hope this answers your questions. Once again, for official support please email our support department at [email protected] or visit the SkyDecks forum here: http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_topics.asp?FID=20
October 30, 200421 yr I agree its a very nice panel. I am using it with the POSKY aircraft set mentioned in this thread and the soundpack recommended in the POSKY documentation. It also works perfectly with Goflight hardware.Pesi
