Just like in the real 777...the NAV display can be converted to show the camera's view.

I think you linked the wrong video, mate. Cessna 152 tail cam, now THAT would be cool!

 

The 777-200LR does NOT have a tail cam in the real world, the 777-300ER (If I remember correctly) does - but the -300ER won't be available on release so we don't know at this point.
