New monitor - advice needed

Hi,

I am new to FSX and currently building a new PC.

My new build consists:

NZXT SWITCH 810 SE
ASUS Z87-V Pro 1150
INTEl i5 4670K 3.40GHz 1150
CORSAIR 100i EXTREME
ASUS GTX 660TI OC 2GB
COOLERMASTER 850w silent pro
SAMSUNG 840 250GB SSD (windows 7 64bit)
SAMSUNG 840 500GB SSD (sfx + addons)
Seagate 2TB Barracuda (data)
GSkill 2x8GB 2400 Trident
SAMSUNG optical drive

When trying to decide on a 24" monitor, I am totally confused as to what is best - IPS or TN, 120Hz or 60Hz and 2ms or 5ms.
My budget would be up to £200 and the PC would be used for general computing and FSX.

So guys, can you advise me on what is the best type of monitor and maybe some suggestions?
