November 5, 200421 yr Does any FS98 veterans remember a gentleman named David Drouin and a wonderful product named NAVSTAR99?Well for those of you who don
November 5, 200421 yr David did something very smart. He built an independent NAV database, which allowed his app to be independent of any format changes made in MSFS. The miracle of his work is that it communicates with MSFS without a third party interface. He was simply very careful in following the SDK's to the letter...I still have his eval copy of GPS98, and it's linked to an old aircraft I have... And yes--it still works in FS2004 too...Glad to see another fan of his work here...-John
