Hello I am quite new in this forum and I just wanted to ask how to bitmap images. I can't seem to open it with any application.

The file extensions are hidden, so I can't tell if they are .bmp files or .dds files. Hiding file extensions is one of Microsoft's dumbest ideas, but you can Google how to disable this "feature".

 

If they are .dds files, you can open them with Paint.net, GIMP or Photoshop with the Nvidia texture plugin.
