I know where these switches are on the MCP, and I get the mouse "hand" when hovering over them- but I can't see to drag them to the VOR position.  I though that I would left click on the switch then drag it up for the VOR position, but nothing seems to happen..... and it's unlike the F/D switch that changes when just left clicking on it.....

 

I've looked in the forum and can't see this question,  so I'm assuming it's intuitive and I'm just not getting it....

Hi Bruce,

 

When your mouse pointer is hovering over a knob, and when you see 2 arrows, then it's a 3D manipulator. A click or the mouse wheel will not work.

 

You have to click and hold your left mouse button, and move your mouse to turn the knob to the position you want.

In this case (VOR/OFF/NDB switch on 777 Worldliner),  all I get is a hand with the index finger extended, no arrow.

Try same the switch on the 1st officer side.
