Might have been asked before, but could not find any reference to it.

I know I can change the cabin layout between a single and a dual class layout. But is it also possible to change the number of passengers per class?

Reason I ask is because of the upcomming PXPF, where you can specifiy the max number of passengers on board. Different airlines have different layouts with different maximum number of passengers.

Yes been asked before and quite heated discussions about it - may see it in next sp. However the view is(by some) that pax weight, cargo, your lunch etc is all just weight - so for calculations you can simulate carrying 189 pax(generally the default number by most European operators) by just adding 175Lbs on for each extra pax you want.

 

My personal opinion is this is a major missing flaw in the NGX not being able to better configure the load outs to better represent the various airline configs - I think from other posts the way the sim also distributes weight/Cargo etc also is a bit off to the real world, so you tend to have to botch things to match up with any real world loading you may be trying to replicate.
