August 30, 201312 yr I've tried everything I just cant seem to connect. I am on the right airport and on the gate. FScopilot is connected to the vatsim server. Callsign was correct. And I have submitted my flightplan to vatsim.

And I have submitted my flightplan to vatsim. I would ask your VA to check. Since it looks like this is VA ACARS program, ask them to verify how they are checking wether you are online or not. If using the data servers, there may be a connection issue since the server issues which were ongoing over the past week or so. As for the VA contacting, the staff page doesn't have anything i've tried posting on the forum- no one responded.
