Problem with ticket system for reactivation of my license NGX

Im' trying to make a ticket with your system to reactivate my license of 737 NGX and expansion due max activation reached. When i submit a ticket using correct login and password the ticket disappear and i cannot find anything with send ticket list via email. I've tried to look into spam but nothing.
