Is it possible to select lower panel res for VC and turn off first officers displays as in 737NGX?

 

Tried to fins it in ops center but I see it only for 737.

 

I need this as I get occasional stutters, especially when looking towards center console and FO side. This is further exaggerated when flying during dusk transition.

 

Oh and I damaged the new bird. Got tail strike on first takeoff :D
