777 Wing Inspection Light Problem

Went looking through the forum and I didnt see anyone who mentioned this, the wing inspection light splash on the wing looks like it is made up of little dots, is there something wrong on my end or is it the 777 itself?

The plane I was using for that picture is the Battle Ship Grey UAL fictional scheme.
