August 14, 200322 yr Just received an email purporting as being from PayPal stating the following: "This e-mail is the notification of recent innovations taken by PayPal to detect inactive customers and non-functioning mailboxes"'All' it asks for is for me to enter my my full credit card details and account details to keep my Paypal account active!The HTML form action points to an IP address of 211.193.190.42 a completely different network to PayPal!CheersSatchmo"Be careful out there!"

I myself received on these today too.You can report the IP to Paypal, I'm sure they would love to know it (if they don't already).I'm moving this to the Hangar Forum so everyone can see it. August 14, 200322 yr Good alert Satchmo...many forum members have used Paypal. I was sent five of these in the course of a week a few weeks back. Since I never have used Paypal, it was easy to understand what a scam it was. I posted a similar alert here several weeks back, and it's good to see a reminder once in a while...-John
