November 14, 200421 yr Not long ago I replaced my old Serial Yoke and pedals with the newer USB CH Yoke and related pedals. Everything worked fine upon installation. However, a few weeks ago, using FS2004 (have not checked in FS2002), the mixture lever on the panel stopped reacting to the Yoke lever movement on prop aircraft so equipped. This did not seem to be related to one single aircraft as I tried a number of other models, including the default Cessna 182RG.Is there a quick solution to correct this? It would not apprear to be related to the AIRCRAFT.CFG as it happens to a number of various models. Could there be an entry in the FS9.CFG to correct?Any assistance would be appreciated.Yves TrepanierPresident EmeritusNoble Air
November 14, 200421 yr 1. Go to Assignments (from Options or Settings). Select your yoke from the pull-down menu on your right, and then scroll through the list of actions to make sure that the prop control is assigned to your yoke lever.2. If it is, go to Sensitivities. Select yoke again from the pull-down menu. Make sure that sensitivity for all of your levers is full right. If it's not full right, you can have problems similar to the one you've described.3. Tell us what happens. If it works, it will help someone else. If it doesn't work, someone else will no doubt be able to help you.
November 14, 200421 yr DSWO,Help again.1) Assignments of the USB CH Yoke have all been reset to default and rechecked. All are fine including the Mixture lever.2) Sensitivities all set to maximum, i.e. all sliders to the right.Yet the Mixture lever on the Yoke does not get a response from the panel. (182RG). All other buttons, levers, gears, flaps etc operate fine using the CH Yoke.
November 15, 200421 yr Author Hi Yves,Is there any chance "automixture" (aircraft/realism) may have inadvertenly been activated?
September 1, 200718 yr Ever get to the bottom of this? I am having the same problem... just started. FSUIPC "sees" the mixture control. But when I go to calibrate axis... no movement. Same in FS. Even if I assign it directly it doesn't move the lever in the plane. Odd. Eddie KABQ
