CRZ Thrust Lim Problem

Just a small issue I've had with the 777 is that the thrust limit changes to CRZ at top of climb despite having the cruise thrust limit settings in the FMC set to CLB. It then corrects itself after the first step climb and remains at CLB limit throughout the rest of the cruise phase of the flight.

If you read my post you'll see I have the option set in the FMC for the thrust limit to remain at CLB but it still changes to CRZ and ignores the option settings
