November 17, 200421 yr Can anyone tell me what is causing my scenery to do this? I've been fidling with settings all day!CheersRich
November 17, 200421 yr seen this after installing mesh... any chance the terrain under your airport surfaces is not flat?
November 17, 200421 yr I'm not too sure. I think its flat. The scenery in question is Simflyers KIAD scenery, which worked fine before. Now I have just had to reinstall FS on a new PC and this happened. Its quite annoying! Thanks
November 17, 200421 yr That to me looks a lot like a photo taken with a fisheye lens camera ie. very short focal length. Seems to me that this might be the result of a graphics setting rather than a scenery error. No idea what to look for but maybe concentrate on zoom settings and card settings and/or drivers?
November 18, 200421 yr The fisheye happens when zoomed way out, but that is not his problem. Look at the apron and taxiways. They are disappearing into the ground.----------------------------------------------------------------John S. November 18, 200421 yr Thanks for your help. Yeah, this problem happens no matter what zoom I'm in, and it happens in the cockpit too. I treid reinstalling to no effect. I've been playing with my graphics card but I just don't know what to look for!rich

If you look in the "Addon Aceneryfilenamescenery" folder, there may be one there. If so, it may work better by moving it to the addons sceneryscenery folder. Some say it is best to keep them all there, so there are not two AFCADS for one airfield, causing conflicts. In AFCAD2, you can also add tarmac in areas where you want it. It covers the grass, and appears under the aircraft, with the parking markings on it.
