Re-install/sign-in woes

Purchased several CLS products in the past. Would like to re-install them on my new rig, however when I tried to sign into the "webshop" my signin does not work. Asked for a password reset but never got the email (yes I checked the spam folder). Tried to re-register but it tells me my email is in use. There is no way (that I can find) to contact CLS on the website. Would like to get access to my account, but right now I don't know how, as nothing seems to be cooperating with me.
