Hi GuysJust got home after a very long day in the office.Exciting to say the least.On departure YSSY for Lord Howe winds of 40-50 KTS and on return we find it up to 60kts and up to 38 kts x-wind.Simply awesome.Popping in a couple of pics for your perusal.In the first one you can see Botany bay with 34L+R extending out with salt spray blowing in the free stream wind which off the coast was over 70kts.If you wish to try it download real weather for Aug 24th at 0800UTC.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/32739.jpgIn this photo looking Souh down the coast you can see salt spray being lifted over 1500-200ft up in the gale which was blowing.An incredible sight.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/32740.jpgAn awesome day at work to say the least.
