Can someone point me in the direction in FCOM or FCTM where I can find all the normal numbers and ranges I need to watch when I do EICAS checks in Pre-TO, CRZ, DES etc. 

 

Ex: What is the oil quantity normal range and when should I be concerned.

 

I know the numbers have to be somewhere in the Manuals and was hoping you guys could help point me that way.
