Hi, I was wondering if there was anyway/tweak/mod available that would allow for my VC gauges (PFD,MCP etc) to be backlite permanently?

 

The issue arises at disk times with decreases lighting there is a period when facing the sun te gauges are dark and hard to see. This is until the gauge backlighting finally comes on.

 

The problem does not effect the PMDG md11 however as these gauges, PFD etc are permany backlite!

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

Change the dial and needle bmps to bright.

e.g. <Image Name="dial.bmp" Bright="Yes"/>

 

Note that this overrides the luminous setting.

 

So you won't get the correct night lighting affect and will have to compromise on all your bmps

You cannot cannot change when he luminous setting is activated.
