September 14, 201312 yr I have just purchased the 777 and I am getting the message "unable to connect to activation server". I know through searching the forum that a few people have had the same issue and resolved it, but never said how. I have submitted a ticket and received a canned response about forwarding port 8888 and checking to make sure that the firewall is allowing the activation server through and I have tried them, to the best of my ability as I am not very computer literate when it comes to that stuff. Just hoping someone who knows a bit more could help me or someone who had this issue could tell me how to resolve it. Thanks. Ken Connors
