Any WestJetters in here?

I have my second interview at WestJet this Thursday for a CSA position at CYXX. I was wondering what the interview process was like? And what kinds of things they ask specifically? I'm sure it will be a lot of scenario stuff and what not to see how we interact and what our attitudes are like after the 2.5 hour interview. That's so long! Who'da thunk a CSA position would require a 2.5 hour interview :-eekSo if there are any WestJetters using this forum could you give me some advice?? Thanks a lot!
