Missing WAV files in FS 9.0 Disk (Known Issue) - Help

Featured Replies

Several sound files are missing from the install disk (and obviously from my fs 9 directory as well) for student lesson 3. A search of the forums show that others have also found missing files for lesson 3, but no links to the files are provided. These missing files are located in the fs9/sounds/lessons directory and the file names should be (all wav files):S3-61S3-62S3-63S3-64S3-65S3-66S3-67S3-68S3-69Apparently, some have found these missing files in fs 2000 disk and just copied them into fs 2004, but I don't have fs 2000.Can someone upload copies of these files/provide a link or email copies to me? I'd very much appreciate that.

Suggest you post your email address and perhaps a nice simmer will email them to you.

Actually, the files are on the FS2002 CD1 SOUND.CAB. If you open the drive:Program FilesMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9LessonsstudentLesson 3.abl file with a text editor, you will find the highest sound is S3-66.If you need them, S3-61 thru 66, request them via email since a zipped file is approx 500KB and is too big to place on forum.W.
