Relocating the RC Window

Is there a way to relocate the RC window please?

I mean, I know it can be moved after it's loaded, but I want to change the original screen coordinates as I have done with other panels.

I have tried changing the coordinates in the FSUIPC cfg file, but it seems to get rewritten every time by RC4.
