nVidia Inspector Fan Control?

I tried using nVidia Inspector's automatic fan control. It keeps the video card temperature at 68% with 99% load. The card fan is running at 38%. I would like to lower the automatic temperature threshold about 5 or 10 degrees but see no way of doing that???

You are better off using evga precisionX or MSI afterburner. They are very user friendly besides they provide much more info about your card.
