Feature request for operations center.

I know this may be unnecessary, but I thought it was very useful. I  was just wondering if it were possible implement selection of the start up state through the OC.

You know, so if we have it set in the sim to a ground power state, and we want to start a cargo flight from cold n' dark, we don't have to wait for the current state to stop counting down. Instead we enter a "new" plane that is completely dark.
