777 PMDG saved panel problem

Hi,

 

I have a small problem with my 777, when I save a flight after landing and load it up again ADIRU is not aligned and my FSX seemed to crashed few times shortly after loading up saved flight.

This only happens while the aircraft stands on the ground, in flight the problem seems to not exist. Any ideas?
