I clicked on the links, but they had some strange language problem for me...

Motherboard is wrong for the CPU that you want to buy.

If you want the 4770k, then you should try to get faster RAM than 1600. Be sure and check the motherboard's Qualified Vendor List for compatible memory chips. It can make a difference.

I wouldn't try a build on that power supply. It might do OK, but I went with a higher rated PSU and with a Gold rating. I just like having a power cushion on systems I build nowadays.

If any thoughts towards overclocking, you'll need to consider an aftermarket cooling device for the CPU. And that you can add more or better fans to the computer case should heat become a problem.

Here is what I would recommend:

CPU:  Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor  (£176.39 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard:  Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (£92.99 @ Novatech)
Memory:  GeIL Enhance CORSA 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  (£40.99 @ Amazon UK)
Storage:  Samsung 840 Series 120GB 2.5" Solid State Disk  (£74.99 @ Amazon UK)
Storage:  Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  (£47.00 @ CCL Computers)
Video Card:  EVGA GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card  (£319.98 @ Aria PC)
Case:  Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case  (£46.55 @ Amazon UK)
Power Supply:  Corsair CX 600W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V Power Supply  (£57.56 @ Amazon UK)
Optical Drive:  Lite-On iHDS118-04 DVD/CD Drive  (£11.10 @ Scan.co.uk)
Operating System:  Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (OEM) (64-bit)  (£67.69 @ Aria PC)
Total: £958.24

You second build looks much better. Some things that you might want to change. You might want to change your processor to the i5 4670k. The i7 4770k and and the i5 4670k preform very closely, since they almost are the same chip but the i5 costs significantly less. You also would be fine with only 600w, which should save you some money. With the savings you might want to get a better case, and maybe an SSD.
