Featured Replies

I just got a Dell Axim x50v and was wondering what if any uses are possible with FS9 and addons such as PMDG FMC and PSS MCDU display.

don't know about the specific add-ons, but there is a lot you can do with a ppc around an airplane, simulated or not... among the stuff i put on mine: e6b, weight and balance, pilot log, checklists, performance charts, frequencies, procedures, flight exercises, flight plans... sigh... expense sheets :-( you have word and excel already, add acrobat reader... i've even seen a gps-sync moving map somewhere... best trick of all--a piece of velcro at the back to attach the thing to the yoke. not certified, but you can always lug the certified stuff in the back seat, no? ;-)

I have some of these you mentioned, thanks. What I meant to ask was if I could use it as a FMC/MCDU display for the specific developer, PMDG and PSS. Maybe like a seperate window, yea thats it. :-lol
