October 3, 201312 yr Hi, I am using MTX and have a few ORBX airports which come with traffic bgls and had a question. Does P3D look in a specific dir for the traffic bgl's i.e. Scenery/World/Scenery, or can a traffic bgl go in any dir that has a name of scenery? Does it know to look in specific directories based on what is in the scenery.cfg? I have installed different traffic bgls and really see no difference in the traffic even when speeding up the simulation to make sure nothing is showing up over time. Is the name of the bgl stored or referenced in another file that is read by P3D? Just need to know how it works so I can do some testing. Bob Officially retired
October 4, 201312 yr It's a BGL file. If it sits in an active scenery folder FSX will read and process the thing.
October 4, 201312 yr Author Ok, that was simple. I thought maybe the traffic bgl's name was somewhere in an xml file or cfg and called based on that. Thanks for coming out of your cave LOL Bob Officially retired
