Activation issue

Hi all-

Trying to move the NGX to a new machine.

When trying to activate, I enter my code, it says it's activated, then the window opens again, asking for the code.

Support says to be sure that Flexnet Licensing is set to manual; it is. That was three days ago. Other than that, they've been no help at all.

Any suggestions? I'd like to get this installed.
