The other day at my home base, real weather was raining. Opus depicted it very well. The tarmac showed water reflection. Today, I went to TNCM and it was raining. The tarmac was dry. No water reflections. I would like to know how FSX determines (or Opus, if that is the case) when the tarmac shows water reflections, or not.
