777 flies fine with many flights - a great plane - I love it, never any OOM errors or CTDs and good performance but gradually all the altitude call outs have gone.  They are all turned on in options. All other sounds seem to work fine including the annoying RAAS messages but not rotate call outs or any landing call outs now.    I have seen a few forum messages around gradually reducing landing call outs but now no takeoff call outs.  Is this a known bug.  BTW I always start off as suggested in the manual with FSX loading and then I load the default 777 with the default start up.

Check the following setting: in the FMC/MCDU - PMDG-Setup - Options - Sound - Device - Lautsprecher (VIA HIGH...)

Then it works.
