Whenever I click on a display to have it popout, it always resets to default positions after a plane load. Would it be possible to have it remember its placement?

You can save and reload a flight situation with the 2D stuff popped out.

Think PMDG said they developing a tool for this for a future update, that will also assist with users who have multiple monitors and large wide screens.

I had some success editing the panel.cfg.   I didn't make too many changes.  I just edited to make the popup FMC, and AS2012 weather windows go where I wanted.
