WE have updated our website to a fully automated setup. We are currently looking for the following positions.Director of Operations = The Director of Operations will be responsible for processing Pilot Applications , Pilot Pireps and updating the Roster with the information provided by these two. This Position will require some basic website editing skills and require and average of 1 hour a day to every other day. The Director will also handle all internal affairs regarding employee problems , some interaction with other VAs ,Vatsim and other organizations , regarding information needed or events planned with other organizations. This member must be highly dedicated and Communication is a must!Director of Events and marketing = This Position requires the individual to plan and hold Company Fly Ins 1 time per week and a date yet to be determined. This will include all planning of the flight , date and time and Links to helpful things such as charts and dep and des Info. This person must be able to update and edit a website page. Also be able to organize and maintain alot of communication with staff and pilots. This individual will also be in close contact with the director of operations Regarding company and hub events and to market America West Virtual Airlines in accordance with our policies and interests that will be beneficial to our VA. Also this person will be responsible for posting our VA on sites such as Avsim , Vatsim , simviation and others. They will make sure that our AD is up to date , obtainable by possible new pilots , and to post on forums and other areas to spread the word about AWVA.Fleet Manager = Make sure our aircraft look nice and pretty and make sure they are safe and reliable for our Pilots and passengers. There will be 2 highly qualified people for this position. There is currently a Fleet Manager in place and requires additional help in the form of a Fleet Painter And maintenance.
