Hi all,

When flying after a while the yoke disconnects and reconnects. Everything is fine but the PTT and hat buttons doesnt work in FSINN and Ezdok. In the Saitek control panel I can see the buttons are activating but the softwares dont seem to recognize it. I have checked my USB power settings and made sure it doesnt sleep.

Are you running Windows 8? I have Saitek controller and have had similar problems. I believe it has something to do with clicking out of the FSX window or clicking on your tool bar. For some reason it causes the contrôlée to disconnect and lose variable different functions. Also Win 8 has menu you are which manages USB port power and may disconnect you decvice as well. Finally if you run Norton, there are some power management setting that cause ports or programs to pause if there is in action (I.e. Your're just sitting there flying and don't change a view or interact with FSX). Once program pauses in this manner and you re-clique in the window to restart, you lose functionality on you control device.
