vc textures

My vc  panel in this aircraft is very difficult to read ( in particular the boxes around the gps (  lines, digits etc ) 

It looks almost like the lines around gauges are not aa

What i mean by this is that the lines are sort of moving, not crisp and look like blurries in a way

I dont have this on aircraft so far  and my video card is pretty good

It is a gtx780 so i dont think that is the issue

Any ideas on where or what setting i can use to clean this up

I also ensured that i had the most current updates
