RealAir Spitfire Scenery

Featured Replies

Hi All,I'm OK with add on aircraft but not so good with scenery. I can't get the West Malling scenery up with the RealAir Spit. Discovered that it doesn't load automatically so found the files but where do I put them and do I have to create folders? If so where? Thanks in advance,Kev

HI Kev,If you had e-mailed me at RealAir I would have helped you with this straight away. The scenery does install automatically on a bog-standard installation of FS9 or the Patched FS9.1Our installer puts the files in the default ADDON SCENERY folder. In a standard copy of FS2004 this does show up, but some people for a reason unknown to us seem to have ADDON SCENERY disabled in their FS2004 Settings/Scenery Library. All you have to do is ADD this folder and enable it so it is ticked. The custom RealAir Flights will then load, or you can follow the detailed instructions in our Flying Guide or in the readme file.Kind Regards,Rob Young = RealAir Simulations

Rob,Thanks for such a swift reply - from the master too!! I didn't e-mail you at RealAir because I thought it was a simple prob that anyone on Avsim forums could answer and maybe come across before. I'm sorry if it troubled you - that wasn't the intention. I'd like to save using my e-mails direct to RealAir for the serious problems!!Fantastic aircraft - I can't get enough of it.Kevin

Rob,Scenery is up and running and I'm flying circuits!Kevin:-)
