The Grey Texture Saga!

Hi all! Iv`e run nvidia inspector and did a few tweaks but the textures still stay grey for some time before surfacing,can any one share their settings with me?

I`v also done the ''alfasearcher'' thing but can`t seem to get dxtbump to work on the few textures that need fixing.

`I`m running a penitium dual core E6700 @3.2 ghz bumped up to 4ghz,Graphics card G Force 450.

Any input would be welcome.
